It was based in lovely building in an absolutely perfect and excellent location, in a great location with a side gate to access the property so you do n't have to walk up the hill. Really enjoyed a balcony and a storage in the room. Helpful staff, provided useful info.

Our tidy and perfect room had views over the pool. The location was marvellous and gorgeous for exploring this lovely area, near the centre of the resort and communal areas less than a 2 minute walk including the beach, Salou strip and entertainment like "Chaplins" bar. The services were great, offered us good free Wi-Fi. The staff were really kind yet not intrusive.

Breakfast is good. Dinner is great.

Awesome pools and fab views

The pools were great, especially the rooftop one. Breakfast had everything you could want, and the mojitos by the pool were the best! Just would've liked a bit more variety at dinner. Watch out for the noisy neighbors, though.

good view , staff very unhelpful and very bad english .. not willing to try to understand anything we asked for. good location and clean room that about it

This is a beautiful hotel with excellent location for the beach and shopping. It is very well maintained with high standard of care and cleanliness throughout. Stayed here last year too.

I spent 4 nights at this hotel and loved the multiple pools, especially the rooftop one. Everything exceeded my expectations, particularly the cleanliness and comfort of my room. The location was perfect, just two minutes to the beach and close to shops.

the air conditioning didn't work well.

No kettle, no tea, no coffee.

The room was really nice, location excellent. Cleanliness on top throughout all the stay.

Unfortunately the staff working at the front desk was not good. On several different occasions when we asked for information or advise they would simply not know their own hotel procedures, or the would be answered very curtly. The staff in all other areas of the hotel showed none of these traits, so once you're past reception it improves.
